Following on from our viral Facebook post back at the beginning of June and the attention it received, we are now really pleased to be involved in regular Zoom meetings with Newquay Town Council and Biffa! These meetings also include other voluntary groups (Land and Sea, Fistral Beach Care and Sea Shepherd) as well as other interested parties. The aim of these is to monitor and talk about the litter in and around Newquay this summer. We are seeking positive solutions and working together to find them. We have also been widely promoting the ways to report a full bin or fly tipping on on social media.
