Well, not the best start for us all in 2021! Another lockdown means some of our work is a bit restricted. However, we have been out on the beaches. We removed a huge rope monster that had been washed up in the storms from Polly Joke beach. We also litter picked around The Harbour, Towan Beach and The Fly Cellars. We checked the angling line recycling bin at The Fly Cellars which (hoorah!) was full of line.
A few of us (and the whole of Newquay!) have also been enjoying cold water swimming and hope to carry on through winter. It is a lovely way to to experience the sea and the views whilst screaming and heavy breathing a lot!
